Personal Background
Cynthia lives in Plano, Texas with her husband, Ed, and their dog, Toby. Their adult children and grandchildren are the highlights of their lives. She enjoys traveling with her husband, staying connected to her community, listening to live music, exploring the outdoors, and appreciating quiet time to recharge and reflect.
Cynthia supports various non-profits in North Dallas as well as a member of a Women's organization that chooses a local non-profit every quarter to support. She is active in The Plano Chamber of Commerce and some Professional Women's Organizations, well as being a Leadership Plano alumn.
Her interest in financial services began early, inspired by her father, who entered the industry after a military career. His unexpected passing when she was young shaped her understanding of how important financial preparation is for families.
As an adult, she faced her own challenges, raising three sons, two of whom had Muscular Dystrophy, and for a while doing so as a single parent. While managing businesses and family responsibilities, she learned firsthand how complex life can be and how essential reliable guidance is.
These experiences drive Cynthia’s empathy and make her comfortable having real, honest conversations with clients about their needs, priorities, and concerns.
